During Week 10 of building our tiny house on a trailer we put finishing touches on the door and roof, and begin installation of the redwood siding that we rescued from a contractor selling on Craigslist as “waste” from another project. Seven weeks into building our tiny house on a trailer we finish installing our windows, sand and repair our “found” front door, build out the wheel wells, and install fascia, soffits, flashing and roofing. We’ve designed and are building a tiny house on a trailer that we plan on living in when we return from our around-the-world cycling expedition. Our home, when complete, will be ~180 square feet, and will include a kitchen, bathroom, living room, sleeping loft, and a small porch.
